Plan and schedule preventive and breakdown maintenance using HxGN EAM; prepare look-ahead schedules; monitor KPIs, resources, inventories and stores; perform asset-integrity audits and failure-mode analysis; coordinate maintenance job packages, vendor reviews, and contractor work; support risk assessments, method statements and HAZOP/P&ID deliverables; manage project coordination, cost control, commissioning handover, and HSSE interface across operations, maintenance, procurement and logistics.

Provide hands-on legal counsel and lead Legal, Compliance, Insurance & Privacy operations: drive legal operations adoption, manage TPRM processes, design training and knowledge resources, draft and negotiate supplier contracts, produce compliance/legal reports, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure day-to-day LCIP effectiveness.

Lead implementation of innovation and sustainability strategy, identify and deploy technologies and startups, manage GHG verification and certifications (GRI, ISCC), track KPIs and ESG reporting, drive stakeholder engagement and cross-functional sustainability programs focused on energy efficiency, carbon reduction, water, waste, and AI-driven transformation.

Oversee construction activities ensuring compliance with contracts, quality standards, and safety regulations. Review contractor work and manage project risks.
