Supports end-to-end marketing initiatives including RFPs, proposals, sales enablement, digital campaigns, website updates, trade shows, events, vendor coordination, reporting, calendars, budgets, and marketing operations. Collaborates with Sales, Product, Client Success, and external partners to deliver accurate, on-brand materials and programs on schedule.

Provide legal support for contracting and compliance across health plan, provider, vendor, and technology agreements; draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts; coordinate stakeholders through contract lifecycle; maintain contract records and templates; support Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA, regulatory filings, and audit preparation.
