Review medical records and abstract HEDIS data into Advantmed software, maintain accuracy and HIPAA compliance, complete recorded training, and meet daily productivity standards during the live season.

Serve as a part-time collaborative/supervising physician for Nurse Practitioners performing in-home assessments: provide consultation, conduct periodic 5% chart audits, be available M–F for escalations, and complete Advantmed credentialing.

Provide part-time collaborative/supervising physician oversight for Nurse Practitioners performing in-home assessments: consult on escalations, perform periodic chart audits (minimum 5% sample), be available Mon–Fri by phone/electronic means, and complete Advantmed credentialing. Average commitment ~4–6 hours/month.
