Analyzes workforce data to identify trends in turnover, engagement, diversity, talent pipelines, performance, and workforce planning. Designs dashboards and reports, develops predictive models, ensures HR data integrity, and translates complex findings into actionable leadership insights. Partners with HR business partners and HR technology teams to define metrics, improve data flows, and support analytics initiatives. The role also conducts ad hoc analyses and applies HR data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.

Advise managers and employees on employee relations, investigations, policies, employment-law compliance, compensation, benefits, performance management, and succession planning. Analyze HR data and recommend retention and workforce strategies. Support organizational change, engagement, leadership development, talent acquisition, onboarding, HR reporting, automation, and process improvements. The role works remotely and has no travel or direct-report responsibilities.

Manages supply chain processes, vendor-managed inventory, inventory plans, order generation, and data integrity. Provides analytical and business support to supply chain management, monitors performance metrics, researches operational data, and improves reporting accuracy. Collaborates with vendors, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve supply chain issues and support eCommerce operations.
