Manage order printing and allocation, group like SKUs for efficiency, run replenishments for inventory and warehouse, support operations with allocation triage, implement CPM processes, and assist picking/packing during low volume.

Prepare and maintain financial records, manage general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, assist Controller with budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis, support audits and tax filings, and coordinate accounting/ERP systems.

Perform general warehouse functions including pick/pack and scanning using handheld devices and WMS. Verify items and quantities, inspect containers, maintain zone housekeeping, shift between warehouse areas, and support advanced picking technologies. Roles include front/back-of-wall and command center duties requiring counting, inventory lookup, multi-tasking, and attention to detail. Maintain accuracy and workflow pace; follow standard operating procedures and communicate with supervisors.

Supervise and coach warehouse/operations staff to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Coordinate schedules, report production status, train new and temporary employees, ensure compliance with client contracts, and perform related administrative duties.

Supervise and optimize all warehouse functions—receiving, picking/packing, order verification, shipping, returns, and staffing. Drive operational improvements, enforce policies and safety, coach employees, monitor performance against SLAs, and coordinate logistics with management to meet business objectives.

Analyze and optimize warehouse workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping). Develop engineered labor standards, perform time studies, model capacity, design layouts, support WMS configuration and automation evaluation, lead improvement projects, and provide KPI reporting and ROI analysis for fulfillment operations.

Perform entry-level warehouse assembly work: sort and assemble product kits, inspect and package goods, maintain clean work area, meet production deadlines, and lift up to 45 lbs. Works 2nd shift and may work overtime/weekends as needed.

Supervise and optimize all warehouse functions—receiving, picking/packing, shipping, returns, staffing, and transportation. Enforce policies, train staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with management to meet SLAs and operational goals.

Manage day-to-day client communications and coordinate client services across operations (production, receiving, shipping, IT). Project-manage client transitions, define and monitor QC measures, audit payroll for billing accuracy, generate client billing, supervise client service staff, manage purchasing, safety, and assist with building maintenance.

Perform entry-level warehouse assembly and packaging: assemble product kits, inspect quality, package and stage shipments, maintain clean workspace, meet deadlines, and work overtime/weekends as needed.
