Analyze and optimize warehouse workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping). Develop engineered labor standards, perform time studies, model capacity, design layouts, support WMS configuration and automation evaluation, lead improvement projects, and provide KPI reporting and ROI analysis for fulfillment operations.

Perform entry-level warehouse assembly work: sort and assemble product kits, inspect and package goods, maintain clean work area, meet production deadlines, and lift up to 45 lbs. Works 2nd shift and may work overtime/weekends as needed.

Manage day-to-day client communications and coordinate client services across operations (production, receiving, shipping, IT). Project-manage client transitions, define and monitor QC measures, audit payroll for billing accuracy, generate client billing, supervise client service staff, manage purchasing, safety, and assist with building maintenance.

Supervise and optimize all warehouse functions—receiving, picking/packing, shipping, returns, staffing, and transportation. Enforce policies, train staff, monitor performance, and collaborate with management to meet SLAs and operational goals.

Perform pick/pack and scanning tasks in a warehouse using handheld devices and InOrder. Verify items and quantities, maintain zones, operate picking technology, assist different warehouse areas, perform housekeeping, and ensure inbound/outbound shipments are correct and defect-free.

Drives process improvements, staffing, training, safety, and compliance with client pricing and contractual commitments.

Performs entry-level warehouse assembly and packaging tasks: assemble goods, inspect quality, package and organize shipments, maintain a clean work area, meet deadlines, and work overtime/weekends as needed.

Manage and train warehouse staff to meet production schedules and enforce safety and company policies. Oversee warehouse operations, outbound transportation, supply system management, process improvements, budgeting, systems upgrades, and strategic operational planning to increase productivity, quality, and profitability.

Prepare and maintain financial records, manage general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, assist Controller with budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis, support audits and tax filings, and coordinate accounting/ERP systems.

Provide first-line technical support for WMS/OMS and EDI systems: configure and test WMS, troubleshoot and resolve system issues, create training materials, conduct user training, support go-live initiatives, maintain reporting, coordinate with vendors, and document SOPs.

Manage order printing and allocation, group like SKUs for efficiency, run replenishments for inventory and warehouse, support operations with allocation triage, implement CPM processes, and assist picking/packing during low volume.
