Senior operations leader accountable for warehouse and transportation operations, P&L, productivity, quality, cost reduction, freight negotiations, budgeting, policies, and reporting to the COO. Drives process improvements, staffing, training, safety, and compliance with client pricing and contractual commitments.

Performs entry-level warehouse assembly and packaging tasks: assemble goods, inspect quality, package and organize shipments, maintain a clean work area, meet deadlines, and work overtime/weekends as needed.

Manage and train warehouse staff to meet production schedules and enforce safety and company policies. Oversee warehouse operations, outbound transportation, supply system management, process improvements, budgeting, systems upgrades, and strategic operational planning to increase productivity, quality, and profitability.
