Coordinates order allocation by grouping orders and SKUs for efficient processing, supports shipping and warehouse operations, manages inventory replenishments, analyzes order configurations, improves allocation efficiency, triages allocation issues, and helps implement operational processes. May assist with picking and packing during low-volume periods. Requires computer and Microsoft Office skills, reliable transportation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Performs entry-level warehouse and production activities, including assembling goods, preparing product kits, packaging finished products for shipment, inspecting merchandise for defects, and maintaining a clean work area. The role requires meeting deadlines, collaborating with other associates, working overtime or weekends when needed, and handling physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, walking, and lifting up to 45 pounds.

Performs warehouse pick-and-pack, scanning, inventory verification, and inbound/outbound shipment accuracy tasks. Uses handheld and ring-scanning technology, checks products and containers for accuracy or damage, maintains housekeeping standards, and works across warehouse areas as needed. Command Center duties may include managing multiple stations and checking inventory levels. Requires safe equipment use, attention to detail, physical stamina, teamwork, and flexibility for overtime or weekend work.
