Oversee and improve warehouse operations (receiving, pick/pack, order verification, shipping, returns), manage inbound/outbound transportation, enforce policies and safety, coach and evaluate staff, ensure SLA compliance, and support operational planning with the Operations Manager.

Supervise and coach warehouse/operations staff to meet production, quality, and safety targets. Coordinate schedules, report production status, train new and temporary employees, ensure compliance with client contracts, and perform related administrative duties.

Perform general warehouse functions: pick, pack, and scan items using handheld devices and WMS; verify quantities and condition; maintain zones and housekeeping; communicate with supervisors; operate basic equipment and lift up to 45 lbs.
