Conduct outbound follow-up calls to vehicle service customers, collect feedback, address concerns, escalate issues when necessary, and track customer satisfaction data and trends. The representative supports the service department by maintaining post-visit customer relationships while meeting call-volume and performance targets. This is a part-time role requiring strong communication, reliability, attention to detail, and independent work.
