Administers, maintains, monitors, and secures enterprise network infrastructure across multiple platforms. Configures Cisco networking technologies, firewalls, VPNs, wireless systems, and monitoring tools; troubleshoots complex network issues; implements security controls; and supports availability, performance, and compliance. Collaborates with network engineering, IT operations, and security teams while documenting environments, developing procedures, and potentially training junior staff and end users.

Supports, enhances, configures, and maintains Oracle EBS R12.2 environments across Financials, Project and Grants Accounting, Inventory, and Procurement. Gathers business requirements, translates them into technical solutions, develops customizations, troubleshoots production issues, and supports upgrades and enhancement initiatives. Uses Oracle development tools including OAF, Java, PL/SQL, APEX, Forms, Reports, Workflow, and BI/XML Publisher. Collaborates with stakeholders while managing multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives.

Designs, develops, tests, implements, maintains, and supports complex mainframe applications. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshoots production issues, performs integrations, conducts code reviews, optimizes system performance, and ensures security and governance compliance. The role requires deep experience with COBOL, IMS, DB2, CICS, transactional systems, and enterprise mainframe technologies, while leading technical initiatives and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
