The role requires strong agronomic knowledge, consultative selling ability, communication skills, agricultural production expertise, frequent travel, and seasonal flexibility.

Develop and optimize full-stack e-commerce storefronts, transaction flows, payment integrations, shopping carts, and high-volume web platforms. Customize WordPress plugins, integrate ERP, CRM, PIM, inventory, and financial systems, and ensure performance, security, accessibility, and compliance. Conduct testing, debugging, CRO, SEO, and GEO initiatives while collaborating with marketing, finance, UX/UI, and product teams on campaigns and site updates.
