Configure and manage Oracle Fusion procurement and financial modules, approval workflows, supplier portals, environments, and release cycles. Support Oracle Integration Cloud interfaces, data mapping, master-data governance, financial compliance controls, and production issue resolution. Partner with technical teams to monitor integrations and ensure accurate transaction flows across enterprise systems. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support while maintaining configuration controls in live production environments.

Provide onsite workplace operations support for a regional hub: coordinate janitorial/porter vendors, monitor SLAs, document and improve local workflows, optimize space utilization, integrate AI to streamline ticketing and documentation, and support onsite event logistics and cross-functional alignment.

Supports field marketing events and traditional campaigns by coordinating logistics, calendars, registrations, giveaways, campaign creation, vendors, and creative production. Tracks campaign performance using analytics tools, maintains marketing collateral, and collaborates with demand generation, sales, and internal teams to ensure deadlines and brand consistency.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial and procurement contracts, including drafting, review, negotiation, risk assessment, execution, compliance, dispute resolution, and post-signature vendor performance management. Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Security, Finance, and business teams while using contract management systems to improve efficiency, governance, and visibility.
