Lead global People Ops automation, process design, and compliance efforts. Partner with IT and COEs to define business requirements and deliver AI-enabled solutions, maintain audit readiness, develop governance and documentation, and act as People Ops' liaison to cross-functional partners for successful project activation.

Support procurement activities by developing sourcing solutions, managing purchase requisitions and orders in Coupa, maintaining vendor and stakeholder relationships, leading procurement administration, and partnering with Legal and Security for new vendor onboarding.

Provide onsite workplace operations support for a regional hub: coordinate janitorial/porter vendors, monitor SLAs, document and improve local workflows, optimize space utilization, integrate AI to streamline ticketing and documentation, and support onsite event logistics and cross-functional alignment.
