Leads ARM Institute’s defense-sector growth strategy, business development, capture, proposal, and strategic contract pursuits. Builds relationships with government, military, defense-industry, consortium, and academic stakeholders; identifies and shapes opportunities; manages pipelines, partnerships, funding diversification, and bid/no-bid decisions. Oversees capture and business development teams, coordinates cross-functional proposal efforts, and ensures successful transition from contract award to delivery while advancing manufacturing modernization, robotics, AI adoption, workforce readiness, and national security objectives.

Leads ARM’s commercial growth strategy for robotics and AI adoption among U.S. manufacturers. Responsibilities include identifying priority markets, developing scalable offers, building sales pipelines, cultivating executive customer and partner relationships, leading complex proposals and negotiations, and commercializing Automation Assessments and follow-on services. The role also coordinates technical, workforce, marketing, consortium, and delivery resources while establishing repeatable revenue models and measuring growth, customer, and strategic outcomes.

Provides administrative and operational support to the Technology Programs team by coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation and schedules, compiling reports, preparing presentations, tracking deadlines, coordinating invoices and travel, supporting events and onboarding, and maintaining departmental procedures and templates. The role collaborates with project teams, sponsors, consortium members, and internal departments to ensure organized and efficient program execution.

Manage a portfolio of advanced robotics and manufacturing initiatives from planning through execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, monitor budgets and schedules, mitigate risks, ensure contractual and deliverable compliance, prepare status reports, and improve project management processes to deliver manufacturing-focused technical solutions.

Supports the design, development, integration, and testing of robotic cells, automated systems, production tooling, end-of-arm tooling, components, and test fixtures. Responsibilities include prototype assembly, robot integration, testing, data and statistical analysis, troubleshooting, design validation, technical documentation, and requirements tracking. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams in a research-focused advanced manufacturing environment.

Manage robotics, AI, and advanced manufacturing technology projects from award through closeout. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, tracking technical and financial performance, managing risks, coordinating validation and demonstrations, ensuring contract compliance, maintaining documentation, and reporting results. The role serves as the primary contact for consortium members, government sponsors, industry partners, and research institutions while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and improving project management processes.

Design, program, integrate, and implement industrial robotics and PLC-based automation systems. Conduct manufacturing assessments, develop proof-of-concept robotic cells, program robots and HMIs/SCADA, perform engineering analyses and simulations, document projects, and coordinate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions that improve manufacturing productivity and safety.
