Teams at Advanced Robotics for Manufacturing Institute

Provides administrative and operational support to the Technology Programs team by coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation and schedules, compiling reports, preparing presentations, tracking deadlines, coordinating invoices and travel, supporting events and onboarding, and maintaining departmental procedures and templates. The role collaborates with project teams, sponsors, consortium members, and internal departments to ensure organized and efficient program execution.

Manage a portfolio of advanced robotics and manufacturing initiatives from planning through execution. Coordinate cross-functional teams and partners, monitor budgets and schedules, mitigate risks, ensure contractual and deliverable compliance, prepare status reports, and improve project management processes to deliver manufacturing-focused technical solutions.

Supports the design, development, integration, and testing of robotic cells, automated systems, production tooling, end-of-arm tooling, components, and test fixtures. Responsibilities include prototype assembly, robot integration, testing, data and statistical analysis, troubleshooting, design validation, technical documentation, and requirements tracking. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams in a research-focused advanced manufacturing environment.
