Provide full-time body imaging and ultrasound interpretation including body CT, MRI (general and specialized), CTA/MRA, and general ultrasound with emphasis on obstetric and vascular studies. Seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Imager to interpret mammography, tomosynthesis, breast MRI and ultrasound; perform stereotactic, ultrasound- and MRI-guided biopsies; participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary care; option for 100% breast imaging or mixed practice; remote mammo workstation available when scheduling permits.

Interpret digital mammography, contrast-enhanced mammography, breast MRI, tomosynthesis and breast ultrasound; perform stereotactic, ultrasound- and MRI-guided biopsies and breast localizations; participate in tumor boards and collaborate with breast surgeons and oncologists; optional OB and general diagnostic studies; remote mammography workstation available; on-site stipend and partnership-track options.

Provide on-site daytime radiology coverage on a 5 days on/9 days off schedule across Alpena and Alma. Perform breast imaging (screening/diagnostic), stereotactic and US-guided breast biopsies, pre-surgical localizations, and basic IR procedures (drainages, CT/US biopsies, PICCs). Provide musculoskeletal imaging with emphasis on MSK ultrasound; perform MSK image-guided procedures (arthrography, pain injections); interpret general and cross-sectional studies; teach radiology residents; work a mix of on-site and remote shifts in a full-time, partnership-track role.

Remote neuroradiologist covering overnight shifts (10pm–7am EST, 7 on/14 off). Interpret brain, head/neck, and spine studies with advanced neuroimaging, focusing on ED and inpatient neuroradiology. Interpret plain film radiographs remotely using Intelerad PACS and PowerScribe 360. Work flexible, distributed shifts (minimum two shifts/16 hours per month) with 24/7 clinical IT support; options for benefit-eligible or non-benefit pay structures.
