Leads the company’s HR strategy and operations, including recruiting, compliance, culture, employee engagement, performance management, succession planning, training, compensation, benefits, payroll oversight, safety, retention, and policy development. Partners with senior leadership to improve systems, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness while maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.

Leads multiple engineering programs from planning through delivery, overseeing tooling development, product launches, schedules, budgets, quality, customer reporting, and risk mitigation. Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, quality, applications engineering, and program management teams. Establishes engineering and launch standards, supports ISO compliance, reports to senior leadership, and hires, mentors, and develops technical staff.

Leads process engineering and technician teams supporting manufacturing process development, optimization, new product introduction, scale-up, troubleshooting, automation, validation, and continuous improvement. Provides mentoring, performance feedback, and hiring support while collaborating with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations. Develops process documentation, conducts root cause analysis and capability studies, supports equipment qualification and preventive maintenance, and ensures compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001 requirements.

Lead manufacturing process development, optimization, and new product introduction from prototype through full-scale production. Analyze process data, troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. Support equipment qualification, process validation, documentation, automation, continuous improvement, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations while training production staff and molding technicians.

Leads a team of process engineers and technicians while developing, optimizing, and scaling manufacturing processes from concept through production. Supports new product introductions, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, process validation, equipment ramp-up, continuous improvement, documentation, and quality initiatives. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations, provides performance feedback and training, and ensures compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Develops and implements manufacturing technologies and methods for metal injection molding and 3D metal printing. Designs tooling, fixtures, and parts using solid modeling software; operates CNC mills, grinders, molding machines, and furnaces; analyzes testing data; researches new technologies; supports vendors and customers; and ensures compliance with safety procedures and ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards.
