The role develops quality strategy, reduces defects and cost of poor quality, improves process capability and customer satisfaction, and promotes a quality-first culture through training, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Supports the lead operator in running a high-speed cable extrusion production line. Operates take-up machines, measures cable wall thickness with calipers, programs inkjet printing systems, verifies product quality, maintains accurate production records, and ensures proper labeling and packaging. Requires reliable attendance, safety compliance, physical stamina, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds while working around industrial machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
