Leads quality across three manufacturing plants, overseeing quality personnel, quality management systems, ISO and UL compliance, audits, customer and supplier quality issues, corrective actions, root cause analysis, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. The role develops quality strategy, reduces defects and cost of poor quality, improves process capability and customer satisfaction, and promotes a quality-first culture through training, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration.

Supports the Lead Operator in running a high-speed cable extrusion production line. Responsibilities include operating take-up machines, maintaining proper cable tension, measuring cable wall thickness with calipers, programming inkjet systems, verifying product quality and labeling, and securely packaging finished cable. The role requires accurate production records, adherence to safety procedures, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
