Lead Emergency Services and overall nursing operations, design and implement clinical programs, improve patient outcomes and satisfaction, ensure accreditation compliance, manage budgets and staffing, drive performance-improvement initiatives, and support recruitment, education, and retention.

Drive sales and client relationships for correctional healthcare and behavioral health services. Develop and update strategic plans, meet sales goals, deliver presentations, monitor competitors, attend local advisory meetings, build client and coworker partnerships, manage priorities, and handle assigned duties.

Provide on-site, problem-focused medical assessments and care at correctional facilities on a PRN basis. Examine patients, prescribe medications within authority, review records, sign orders, log hours, provide 24/7 on-call coverage and backup for other sites, and arrange off-site care when appropriate. Must comply with facility policies and attend at least one ACH medical conference annually.
