Assist with meal preparation, service, delivery, and cleanup for residents; maintain clean, sanitary dining and kitchen areas; follow food safety and infection control; collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to meet residents' dietary needs and dignity.

Plan, organize, and direct dietary department operations in a skilled nursing setting; ensure regulatory compliance, manage dietary staff, control costs, coordinate diet therapy, and collaborate with clinical teams to support resident nutritional needs.

Lead and support nursing services in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility. Oversee resident care plans, staff supervision, policy implementation, admissions, quality metrics, and assume DON duties when needed. Provide on-call emergency coverage and foster team collaboration and clinical excellence.

Plan, implement, and evaluate social services for residents in long-term care. Perform psychosocial assessments, coordinate discharge planning, ensure regulatory compliance, provide therapeutic interventions, educate families and staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident well-being.

Manage RAI and Medicare processes, verify resident Medicare eligibility, ensure timely, accurate MDS/PPS assessments and documentation, coordinate interdisciplinary team schedules and care plan reviews, report audit trends to QA, maintain confidentiality, and assist DON with significant changes.
