Serve as a strategic People Operations Business Partner advising leaders, coaching on employee relations and performance, using data to build people programs, support workforce and succession planning, and improve people processes across assigned business units.

Support fund clients by processing invoices, expense reports, payroll, intercompany transactions, reconciliations and financial reporting. Review and train Staff Accountants, provide technical support, ensure transactions follow US GAAP, manage vendor setups, and escalate issues to controllers as needed.

Lead client engagements for VC/PE fund clients, manage workflow and junior staff, maintain general ledgers (Xero), reconcile investments and bank activity, drive month-end close, prepare/review quarterly financials, coordinate audits and tax work, use FundPanel for investor communications, and coach junior team members while proactively developing technical skills.

Support client service teams for VC/PE funds by reconciling bank transactions, preparing GAAP journal entries, maintaining investor and legal records, processing AP and intercompany invoices, and assisting with audit and tax documentation. Gain hands-on accounting experience and progress toward full ownership of client tasks.

Support annual budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting, variance analysis, and headcount planning. Maintain FP&A systems (e.g., Datarails), reconcile financial and operational data across systems, automate reporting, and deliver management dashboards and ad hoc analyses for senior leadership.

Lead and grow the product engineering team, strengthen engineering processes and culture, operationalize AI across the SDLC, own governance for agentic systems, set architectural direction, partner cross-functionally, and drive hiring and team development.

Manage fund accounting for a dedicated client set: reconcile banking, prepare journal entries and quarterly financial statements in Xero, drive month-end close, prepare investor communications and capital notices in FundPanel, maintain legal and investor documents in Box, and support audit and tax processes. Client-facing role working with Controllers.
