The PC Board Designer will design layouts of printed circuit boards, establish standards, train drafters, and ensure design quality.

Lead and coordinate large, complex programs across multiple Agile Release Trains and stakeholders. Facilitate SAFe events, remove impediments, manage dependencies, risks, and escalations, provide executive reporting, coach teams on Agile practices, and drive data-informed improvements to ensure aligned delivery of end-to-end solutions.

Lead operating expense planning, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and workforce/headcount forecasting for corporate functions. Produce management reporting and executive presentations, improve planning systems (SAC/SAP), automate reporting, and partner with Finance, HR, and business leaders to drive FP&A transformation, process improvements, and actionable financial insights.
