Adistec Benefits Overview

Provides reception and general office administration, manages correspondence, supplies, guest inquiries, and administrative processes. Handles AES filing requests, landed cost documentation and billing, purchase order expense records, and delivery coordination. Tracks shipments and pickups, updates proof of delivery, and coordinates product deliveries with customers. This is a temporary, full-time position scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Provides supervised Tier 1 IT support, including ticket documentation, basic hardware and software troubleshooting, workstation and equipment setup, account-access assistance, onboarding and offboarding support, and IT asset inventory management. The intern escalates unresolved issues, maintains accurate records, prepares equipment for new hires, and follows established procedures and checklists. This is a temporary, full-time, onsite internship in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area requiring English-Spanish bilingual proficiency.

The Accountant will manage core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounts management while supporting internal controls and audits.
