Support the HR Governance Manager to maintain HR governance, compliance, and operational risk frameworks. Conduct HR risk assessments and control testing, monitor and close KRIs, support disciplinary and fraud governance, track corrective actions and audit findings, prepare MIS and Central Bank reports, maintain dashboards and the HR balance scorecard, assist policy updates, and coordinate HR systems and projects.

Manage end-to-end IT procurement: solicit RFQs/RFPs, vendor sourcing and negotiation, contract drafting and execution, PO issuance, vendor registration, SAP Ariba utilization, payment coordination, compliance with VMCP policies, and stakeholder support to ensure timely IT procurements.

Manage employee wellbeing programs and charity requests: review documentation, prepare employee profiles, execute committee decisions and payments, run draws/raffles and Umra trip logistics, prepare quarterly turnover reports with analysis, coordinate wellbeing campaigns and staff competitions, and liaise across departments to drive engagement and retention initiatives.
