Provides market and competitor insights and coordinates with stakeholders to improve retail banking performance.

Leads employee engagement and wellbeing programs, including charity requests, staff raffles, Umrah trips, health initiatives, internal events, and engagement campaigns. Oversees approvals, vendors, eligibility data, communications, rewards, and compliance processes. Analyzes turnover and employee experience data, prepares quarterly reports, recommends retention improvements, supports crisis situations, and promotes health, inclusion, and staff satisfaction across the organization.
