Manage and maintain escrow services, liaise with clients, authorities and internal departments, oversee daily escrow transactions, handle complaints, prepare MIS and regulatory reports, support audits, ensure compliance with bank and central bank policies, and participate in escrow system implementations.

Provide L1/L2 application support for business platform applications: monitor availability, troubleshoot incidents, manage tickets, support releases, liaise with users and technical teams, and maintain documentation following ITIL processes.
