Conduct outbound telecalling to sell banking products, drive card activations and ENR/Takaful sales, meet call targets, maintain call quality and compliance, resolve customer complaints, and support team collaboration.

Manage development, enhancement and performance of co-brand card products. Drive marketing, acquisition and spend campaigns, manage partner relationships, analyze market/data to inform product decisions, and ensure compliance while working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Manage external collection agencies, monitor and coach agency staff, ensure compliance with ADIB standards and SOPs, document agency interactions, reconcile accounts, update collection systems, resolve customer complaints and walk-ins, and drive financial and non-financial collection targets through coaching and performance management.
