Lead month- and year-end closes, prepare GAAP financial statements and reconciliations, support audits and tax compliance, oversee cost tracking for projects, assist budgeting/forecasting, recommend controls and process improvements, and support finance systems automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Support land development approvals and feasibility for residential condominium projects: prepare submissions, track approval milestones, analyze sites, coordinate consultants and municipal stakeholders, assist community engagement, monitor project risks, and maintain project documentation over a 12-month contract.

Lead underwriting, financial modeling, and diligence for acquisitions and development; manage deal pipeline, third-party due diligence, CTD/CTC reforecasting, JV/waterfall structuring, debt raising, and Investor/Lender materials. Present to Investment Committee, support fundraising, and develop underwriting standards.

Support project accounting for multi-million-dollar real estate developments: prepare draws, reconciliations, budgets and forecasts; review invoices and coding; maintain Sage data and Procore integrations; assist closings, HST/T5018 filings, and process improvements while partnering with PMs and finance leadership.

The Analyst will support underwriting, diligence, and asset management by building financial models, conducting market research, and preparing Investment Committee materials.
