Lead month- and year-end close, prepare reconciliations and GAAP financial statements, support audits and tax compliance, assist budgeting/forecasting, partner with project teams for cost tracking, and drive accounting process improvements and automation.

Support underwriting, diligence, and asset management across acquisitions and developments. Build and maintain financial models, run sensitivity analyses, prepare Investment Committee materials, coordinate third-party due diligence, support debt raising, and partner with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and track project costs.

Support land development approvals and feasibility for residential condominium projects: prepare submissions, track approval milestones, analyze sites, coordinate consultants and municipal stakeholders, assist community engagement, monitor project risks, and maintain project documentation over a 12-month contract.

Lead underwriting, financial modeling, and diligence for acquisitions and development; manage deal pipeline, third-party due diligence, CTD/CTC reforecasting, JV/waterfall structuring, debt raising, and Investor/Lender materials. Present to Investment Committee, support fundraising, and develop underwriting standards.

Support project accounting for multi-million-dollar real estate developments: prepare draws, reconciliations, budgets and forecasts; review invoices and coding; maintain Sage data and Procore integrations; assist closings, HST/T5018 filings, and process improvements while partnering with PMs and finance leadership.
