Manages day-to-day accounting across corporate and project entities, including month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, project accounting, construction draws, AP/AR, payroll, tax compliance, audits, debt reconciliations, and team development. The role is hands-on and leads process improvement, AI workflow automation, ERP implementation, Power Query and Power BI reporting, budgeting inputs, forecasting, and cash flow support.

Own digital demand generation for real estate communities by creating AI-assisted content, managing paid Meta and Google campaigns, running CRM email and SMS journeys, producing social content, maintaining landing pages and SEO, and reporting funnel performance. The role focuses on increasing qualified appointments and sales while reducing cost per lead and appointment through weekly campaign optimization, lifecycle marketing, analytics, and close collaboration with sales and creative agencies.

Lead underwriting, financial modeling, and execution for acquisitions and ground-up multifamily development. Manage diligence, JV and debt structuring, CTD/CTC reporting, fundraising support, lender negotiations, IC memos, and cross-functional coordination.
