Lead requirements and business-case development for a new Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems capability. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops, document operational and technical requirements, map and digitize processes, prepare sustainment and governance materials, and provide recommendations to management to support CAF capability development.

Elicit stakeholder requirements, document use-cases and processes, evaluate state-of-the-art C-UAS solutions, recommend options, and liaise with government, industry, and research partners to close capability gaps.

Perform systems analysis and options analysis for an Intelligence Mission Data project: gather and translate business requirements into system specifications, develop use cases, evaluate technical solutions, ensure integration with business processes, support testing, and prepare reports, briefings, and meeting artifacts for project stakeholders.

Lead development and governance of an enterprise Digital Safety Framework. Provide strategic direction, oversight, and compliance for cybersecurity and digital safety across IT and OT environments, aligning with regulatory and nuclear safety requirements. Collaborate with leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to manage risk, implement standards, and drive organizational change in high-risk, regulated settings.
