Lead architecture, migrations, performance tuning, automation scripting, database/middleware support (Oracle/PostgreSQL, Liferay, Tomcat), backup/DR planning, ITSM/RFC governance, and knowledge transfer for secure, high-availability deployments.

Develop, integrate, maintain, and support enterprise HRMS and mission-critical applications. Write and debug PL/SQL and other code, build interfaces for data synchronization, produce custom reports, and deliver enhancements while working in an Agile environment for the Canadian Armed Forces' application suite.
