Develop, integrate, and maintain GIS-enabled web applications and geospatial databases. Design schemas and system architecture, implement containerized deployments, administer Linux environments, support testing and incident resolution, document SOPs and system diagrams, and collaborate with systems and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable geospatial solutions.

Develop, upgrade, and sustain full-stack CMS (Liferay) applications across classified/unclassified environments. Work includes Java backend and module development, JavaScript/HTML/CSS front-end work, Oracle/PostgreSQL integration, Linux system administration, CI/CD with Azure DevOps, troubleshooting, documentation, and training in secure government settings.

Lead evidence-based cybersecurity assessments against ITSP.10.171 and related frameworks to support certification and accreditation. Plan and scope assessments, collect and verify evidence, evaluate control effectiveness, identify deficiencies, prepare formal reports with remediation recommendations, communicate findings, and validate remediation.

Design, modernize, and sustain Linux-based and cloud environments for mission-critical C2 systems. Lead architecture, migrations, performance tuning, automation scripting, database/middleware support (Oracle/PostgreSQL, Liferay, Tomcat), backup/DR planning, ITSM/RFC governance, and knowledge transfer for secure, high-availability deployments.

Lead requirements, use-case and gap analyses to define C-UAS capability needs. Plan research, review state-of-the-art C-UAS solutions, liaise with government/industry/research stakeholders, and provide recommendations to management.

Support development and maintenance of the Persistent Distributed Synthetic Training Range: update dashboards, integrate databases and web interfaces, assist exercise planning, coordinate technical teams, and develop simulation scenarios and tools for Canadian Armed Forces training exercises.

Contribute to design, development, integration, maintenance, and support of enterprise HRMS and COTS applications for the Military Command Software Centre. Implement and debug Oracle PL/SQL, C++, C#, and JavaScript; build interfaces for data synchronization, produce custom and ad-hoc reports, and support ongoing application operations in Agile.

Design, develop, test, configure and integrate back-end code for intelligence-focused synthetic environments (ION, EASe, C:PE). Provide technical advice and support integration into Canadian Army training environments.

Develop and maintain .NET/Angular full-stack features for a mission-critical system on secure Canadian Forces networks. Troubleshoot, optimize performance, implement secure deployment strategies, maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, and contribute to architecture and scalability within an Agile DevOps team.

Configure and integrate Total Learning Architecture components (LMS, LOR, LRS, Synthetic Training Hub) to enable xAPI data pipelines, validate end-to-end data flows, implement learning analytics and Power BI reporting, support UAT, and provide SME guidance for cloud-native training content and simulation integrations.

Perform systems analysis for an Intelligence Mission Data project: gather and translate user/business requirements into system specifications, facilitate workshops and use-case development, evaluate technical solution alternatives, assess organizational impacts, support testing and integration, and prepare reports, briefings, and project documentation.

Lead design and integration of Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS), translating operational requirements into technical solutions. Develop integration strategies for LC5ISRT, participate in standards working groups, design V&V procedures, review software for performance and security, document architectures and specifications, and assist tool and platform selection while aligning designs with enterprise architecture and military needs.
