Develop project approval deliverables, CONOPS, use cases, and options analyses; manage risks, meetings, stakeholders, documentation, budgets, and project milestones per DND processes.

Lead options analysis and systems definition for an Intelligence Mission Data project: gather and trace business requirements, develop system use cases and specifications, evaluate technical solutions, plan organizational impacts, support integration and testing, and prepare briefings and project documentation.

Provide strategic direction, oversight, and compliance for cybersecurity and digital safety across IT and OT environments, aligning with regulatory and nuclear safety requirements. Lead OT/IT-OT assessments and design for critical infrastructure, inventorying assets, evaluating cyber resiliency, and recommending secure, scalable architectures. Conduct gap analyses using NIST/IEC 62443/ITSG-33, produce technical designs, network segmentation and migration roadmaps, and present findings to stakeholders while collaborating with DND, facility engineers, IT teams, and vendors.
