Designs and integrates complex counter-uncrewed aerial and uncrewed aerial systems for defence applications. Develops requirements, use cases, integration strategies, verification and validation procedures, architectural documentation, and technical specifications. Reviews software performance, reliability, and security; supports tool and platform selection; collaborates with architects and stakeholders; participates in standards groups; and leads multidisciplinary technical planning and advisory activities.

Supports the analysis and definition phase of an Intelligence Mission Data project. Gathers and documents requirements, facilitates workshops, develops use cases and system specifications, performs technical options analysis, evaluates solution compliance, assesses organizational impacts, and supports testing and integration. The role also prepares briefings, meeting records, action reports, and progress updates while collaborating with users, customers, stakeholders, and project personnel.

Leads planning, execution, and delivery of a Canadian Armed Forces counter-uncrewed aerial systems capability. Responsibilities include developing project approval deliverables, coordinating meetings and briefings, managing risks and registers, conducting options analysis, developing CONOPS and use cases, engaging stakeholders, and maintaining force development records. The role requires senior project leadership, technical judgment, budget and schedule management, executive communications, and documentation expertise in defence, aerospace, engineering, or complex technology environments.
