Lead requirements and business-case development for a new Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems capability. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops, document operational and technical requirements, map and digitize processes, prepare sustainment and governance materials, and provide recommendations to management to support CAF capability development.

Lead delivery and technical management of Royal Canadian Navy Distributed Mission Operations Centre and Fleet Synthetic Training. Support FST strategy, technology evaluation, exercise planning, execution, trials, and team mentorship. May act as DMOC Manager and ensure systems readiness for training and coalition exercises.

Lead design and integration of Counter-Uncrewed Aerial Systems (C-UAS), translating operational requirements into technical solutions. Develop integration strategies for LC5ISRT, participate in standards working groups, design V&V procedures, review software for performance and security, document architectures and specifications, and assist tool and platform selection while aligning designs with enterprise architecture and military needs.
