Part-time role supporting full-cycle accounting, month- and year-end close, reconciliations, payroll posting, financial reporting and analysis, audit preparation, and process improvements while collaborating with corporate and cross-functional teams.

Provide customer support and sales order processing from quote preparation through order release. Respond to inquiries, prepare part-based quotes, enter and validate orders in the ERP, coordinate with Purchasing/Production/Shipping, and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure pricing, part numbers, margins, and timelines are correct while identifying upsell opportunities and supporting continuous improvement of sales support processes.

The Quoting/Product Specialist prepares accurate cost estimates and proposals for automation projects, collaborates cross-functionally, and supports technical sales discussions.
