Elicit, document, and manage functional requirements for card payment systems; translate requirements into FRDs/user stories and API/integration docs; support testing (SIT/UAT), ensure PCI-DSS compliance, collaborate with engineering/product/risk/operations and vendors, analyze payment data, support go-live and incident resolution, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.

Lead and coordinate multiple technical and infrastructure IT projects from initiation through closure. Manage schedules, scope, budget, risks, issues, stakeholders and vendors while collaborating with architects, developers, infrastructure, DBAs, security, and executive stakeholders. Support infrastructure modernization, migrations, platform upgrades, integrations, cloud initiatives, and ensure alignment with governance and strategic objectives.

The Business Analyst will configure systems, translate business requirements, and support product and project implementations within the insurance sector.
