The Pediatrician provides comprehensive primary health care, managing health problems, promoting health maintenance, and complying with organizational policies.

Provide front-desk patient services including check-in/check-out, verify insurance eligibility, handle cashiering and daily financial batches, schedule and confirm appointments, answer phones, maintain records, scan documents into the EHR, and assist with data collection and quality initiatives.

Provide front-desk patient support including check-in/check-out, insurance verification, scheduling, cashiering, data entry into practice management/EHR systems, scanning medical records, answering phones, and assisting patients with services and access.

The WIC Quality Assurance Specialist oversees WIC program compliance, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives while ensuring service delivery to eligible participants.

Provide front-desk patient service including check-in/check-out, insurance verification, cashier duties, scheduling, answering phones, scanning medical records, data entry into practice management/EHR, and assisting with quality/UDS measures.

Process and distribute payroll accurately and timely, maintain payroll/HRIS data integrity, prepare quarterly and annual reports (941s, W-2s, ACA), reconcile payroll general ledger accounts, calculate other compensation and provider incentives, support audits, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and assist accounts payable and financial reporting as needed.

Greet and support WIC clients, manage calls and scheduling, certify/pre-certify applicants, perform health appraisals and hemoglobin testing, provide nutrition counseling and referrals, complete WIC documentation and issuance, maintain office organization, and travel between clinic sites as needed.
