Success includes improving resolution rates, customer satisfaction, task completion, conversion, and operational efficiency while ensuring accurate, compliant customer interactions.

Own Addi’s financial-systems controls framework across platforms, subledgers, and data pipelines. Build an audit-ready ITGC environment aligned with banking and SFC standards; establish segregation of duties, access controls, change-management gates, and AI governance with human oversight. Deploy automated compliance monitoring, anomaly detection, and evidence collection while preparing internal controls for regulatory transition, licensing, corporate restructuring, and bank spin-off activities.

Develop and maintain high-performing user interfaces for Addi’s marketplace across mobile and web. Responsibilities include architecting UI solutions, building features with TypeScript, React, React Native, and Storybook, owning software through production, reviewing code, deploying via CI/CD, contributing to architecture decisions, and participating in occasional on-call rotations. The role involves close collaboration with designers, engineers, and product owners to deliver seamless customer and merchant experiences.

Lead Addi’s Corporate IT function, including service management, L1/L2 support, infrastructure, networking, endpoint operations, vendors, budgets, security controls, and technology projects. Owns Addi’s end-to-end, high-volume recruiting engine for Sales, Operations, and related roles. The recruiter develops cohort-based hiring plans, manages sourcing funnels, meets requisition SLAs, improves conversion and hiring efficiency, partners with business leaders on workforce planning, and uses recruiting data to identify bottlenecks. The role also protects candidate experience, maintains ATS accuracy, builds scalable recruiting processes, and delivers recurring hiring goals across Colombia.

Own and operate security controls across endpoints, infrastructure, connectivity, and data protection. Implement XDR, DLP, SASE, MDM, SIEM, and SOAR capabilities; manage endpoint hardening, patching, encryption, and compliance; improve detection and incident response automation; integrate cloud and endpoint logs; and support phishing, impersonation, and brand-abuse response in collaboration with IT and engineering.

Own merchant and consumer lifecycle growth from onboarding through reactivation.
