Lead Addi’s Corporate IT function, including service management, L1/L2 support, infrastructure, networking, endpoint operations, vendors, budgets, security controls, and technology projects. The role manages incidents and escalations, improves service reliability, oversees corporate networks and assets, develops the IT team, delivers modernization initiatives, and partners cross-functionally to provide secure, reliable technology support.

Owns Addi’s end-to-end, high-volume recruiting engine for Sales, Operations, and related roles. The recruiter develops cohort-based hiring plans, manages sourcing funnels, meets requisition SLAs, improves conversion and hiring efficiency, partners with business leaders on workforce planning, and uses recruiting data to identify bottlenecks. The role also protects candidate experience, maintains ATS accuracy, builds scalable recruiting processes, and delivers recurring hiring goals across Colombia.

Own and operate security controls across endpoints, infrastructure, connectivity, and data protection. Implement XDR, DLP, SASE, MDM, SIEM, and SOAR capabilities; manage endpoint hardening, patching, encryption, and compliance; improve detection and incident response automation; integrate cloud and endpoint logs; and support phishing, impersonation, and brand-abuse response in collaboration with IT and engineering.

Own merchant and consumer lifecycle growth from onboarding through reactivation. Increase activation, reduce early churn, and improve Net Revenue Retention through automated Braze journeys, multi-channel campaigns, experimentation, cohort analysis, SQL, and ROI measurement. The role owns activation and GMV targets, designs holdout-based tests, connects initiatives to unit economics, manages or develops team members, influences Product and Brand, and builds AI-enabled workflows.

Own strategic finance partnering across marketplace, merchant pricing, marketing ROI, and new product launches. Build unit economics, deal-level P&Ls, and financial models; formalize merchant business processes; restore marketplace reporting; lead marketing spend analysis; and translate commercial decisions into actionable financial insights. The role requires strong communication, analytical rigor, autonomy, and comfort operating in a high-growth fintech startup.

Strengthen AML transaction monitoring by analyzing transactional data, identifying suspicious activity, refining detection rules, investigating alerts, preparing regulatory reports, and improving monitoring efficiency. Own day-to-day last-mile marketplace logistics: monitor live order pipeline, resolve carrier exceptions, run reconciliations, onboard sellers, maintain OTIF/OTD KPIs, and build a daily operations dashboard to scale to 1,000+ sellers and 120,000 monthly orders.

Lead merchant-side product for Addi Marketplace to scale self-serve onboarding, increase catalog depth, and automate operational friction. Diagnose funnel drop-offs, design UX and tooling for bulk uploads and integrations, instrument merchant telemetry, and deploy automated growth loops to accelerate time-to-first-sales while reducing engineering and ops support load.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate scalable JVM-based backend services for the Lending team; build APIs, ensure reliability with automated tests, integrate event-driven/distributed systems, review code, be on-call, and contribute to architecture decisions.

Manage IT support operations, ensuring high ticket resolution rates and compliance while optimizing processes and improving user experience through automation and technical documentation.
