Lead tax across Colombia, US, and Cayman: own consolidated ETR, manage multi-jurisdiction compliance and filings, drive tax accounting (DTA/DTL, accruals, UTPs), coordinate advisors (EY/KPMG), deliver executed optimizations, build scalable processes/calendars, and present defensible positions to leadership and regulators to enable IPO readiness.

Provide high-quality, multi-channel customer support to resolve inquiries (aiming for first-contact resolution), escalate complex cases, improve processes from feedback, produce reports, and maintain documentation to boost customer satisfaction and partner trust.

Design, develop, test, deploy, and operate scalable JVM-based backend services for the Lending team; build APIs, ensure reliability with automated tests, integrate event-driven/distributed systems, review code, be on-call, and contribute to architecture decisions.
