Own Addi’s marketing data platform, including ELT pipelines, integrations, data quality, governance, documentation, and self-service capabilities. Build reliable SQL-based data marts, automate workflows with Python and AI agents, monitor pipeline performance, reduce costs, and support Marketing, Growth, and Marketplace teams with trusted acquisition and campaign data.

Manage strategic retail and e-commerce accounts to grow GMV, expand financing touchpoints, increase marketplace conversion, and improve partner performance. Responsibilities include developing joint business plans, onboarding enterprise partners, negotiating commercial and co-marketing agreements, launching seasonal campaigns, analyzing retail metrics, presenting QBRs to C-suite stakeholders, and coordinating Product, Marketing, Operations, Onboarding, and CX teams.

Lead the key accounts and commercial team, serving as a strategic advisor to major merchants. Own account growth, retention, product adoption, activation, and share of wallet through account plans, business reviews, performance reporting, marketing initiatives, and success plans. Use merchant data and cross-functional collaboration to improve outcomes, shape product strategy, and drive commercial performance.
