Year-long Business Analyst Internship starting January 2027. The intern will analyze real-world data, identify trends, create visualizations, and use SQL and AI tools such as Claude to support data-driven business decisions. The role includes mentorship, training, cross-functional collaboration, quantitative problem-solving, and an opportunity to convert to full-time employment. Candidates must be students or recent graduates with strong analytical backgrounds, communication skills in Spanish and English, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Own end-to-end recruiting for critical, senior and technical roles: source, assess, close hires, maintain pristine ATS data, advise hiring managers, meet time-to-fill targets, and ensure data-driven, high-quality candidate experience.

Design and operate an internal developer platform to accelerate Java/JVM teams: optimize CI pipelines, embed observability and SLO enforcement, enable continuous profiling and self-service performance triage, and deliver AI-assisted developer tools and scaffolding to reduce platform support.
