Own end-to-end recruiting for critical, senior and technical roles: source, assess, close hires, maintain pristine ATS data, advise hiring managers, meet time-to-fill targets, and ensure data-driven, high-quality candidate experience.

Design and operate an internal developer platform to accelerate Java/JVM teams: optimize CI pipelines, embed observability and SLO enforcement, enable continuous profiling and self-service performance triage, and deliver AI-assisted developer tools and scaffolding to reduce platform support.

Support day-to-day workforce management through forecasting, schedule creation/adjustment, intraday monitoring, KPI tracking and dashboards. Configure and maintain the WFM system, ensure data integrity across integrations, provide first-line WFM support, and identify/implement quarterly optimization opportunities to improve staffing and operational performance.
