The role requires strong English writing and editing skills, published work, CMS experience, and knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and web analytics.

Lead YouTube operations by improving video performance, monitoring social media trends, managing and mentoring teams, and balancing content quality with processes, analytics, and execution. The role requires structuring complex workflows while preserving creativity, experimenting with new approaches, and supporting creators. EdTech experience, particularly collaboration with teachers, educators, or content creators, is strongly preferred. This is an in-office position in Gurgaon with a six-day workweek.

Supports YouTube growth by researching educational keywords, optimizing video titles, descriptions, tags, and playlists, and analyzing competitors. Helps improve click-through rates through thumbnail and title A/B testing, structures long-form videos with chapters, implements cards and end screens, and engages with student comments to increase retention and channel visibility.
