Leads university financial aid and scholarship operations, including awarding, compliance with federal and state regulations, audits, reporting, data governance, student counseling, and process management. Develops financial aid strategies aligned with enrollment objectives, supervises staff, coordinates with university departments and external agencies, manages electronic aid information systems, and resolves complex student account issues.

Develops and submits grant proposals supporting university priorities and student outcomes. Researches funding opportunities, writes narratives, coordinates budgets and internal approvals, ensures compliance, and serves as the university’s Authorized Organizational Representative. Supervises a Grant Specialist, facilitates proposal committees and cross-campus collaborations, maintains grant records, supports post-award transitions, monitors funding trends, and advises university leadership and campus stakeholders.

Support the Director in planning and executing alumni programming and events, manage logistics and communications, maintain Raisers Edge database, coordinate volunteers and mascot program, supervise work-study students, handle travel and weekend commitments, and support fundraising and marketing tasks.
