Provides administrative and office support for the Upward Bound program, including document processing, filing, correspondence, purchasing, reception, personnel paperwork, event coordination, travel and expense forms, stipend administration, database management, and compliance recordkeeping. Supervises drivers and student office assistants, supports hiring and time entry, coordinates summer program operations, and communicates with students, families, staff, and external partners.

Lead design and launch of a new online MSW program focused on rural social work. Responsibilities include curriculum development aligned with 2022 CSWE standards, directing CSWE accreditation, building field education and affiliation agreements, recruiting faculty and students, community partnership development, and teaching/advising beginning in 2027.

Serve as the university's Title IX Coordinator and lead equal opportunity compliance, coordinate external investigations, supervise staff, manage case intake and interim measures, deliver campus education and prevention programs, maintain reporting and Title IX web content, develop affirmative action/EEO plans, and partner with campus and community resources to support impacted individuals and enforce nondiscrimination policies.

Support the Budget Director in annual budget preparation, monitoring, and reporting. Oversee student, club, and adjunct budgets and contracts, maintain budgets in Workday, prepare state and institutional reports, review payroll transactions, test system upgrades, and provide departmental training and budget guidance.

Teach undergraduate and graduate licensure courses, supervise field placements, serve on committees, collaborate with local schools, apply technology to instruction, engage in scholarship, perform programmatic assessment, and support recruitment and community engagement. Background in early literacy/science of reading and/or special education required; some travel, evenings, weekends, and online course delivery expected.

Serve as the bridge between Accounting/Finance and IT to configure Workday Financials, optimize the Financial Data Model, build advanced reports and dashboards, coordinate testing and UAT for bi-annual releases, maintain business process configurations, audit financial data integrity, and provide functional support and training across finance, procurement, expenses, and assets.

Support the Vice President for Community and Global Impact by organizing and promoting campus events, trainings, and professional development; collaborate with campus and community partners; schedule and promote equity and safety workshops; ensure compliance with federal/state regulations; assist with initiatives to improve campus inclusivity and student success.

Support the Director in planning and executing alumni programming and events, manage logistics and communications, maintain Raisers Edge database, coordinate volunteers and mascot program, supervise work-study students, handle travel and weekend commitments, and support fundraising and marketing tasks.

Provide academic advising and intrusive interventions for first-year undergraduate students, verify/assign majors and advisors, conduct retention outreach, coach students on academic/career goals, coordinate major/minor/advisor assignments, liaise with campus offices, supervise kiosk ambassadors in director's absence, serve as Campus Security Authority, and support First Year Advising Center programs and committees.

Supervise and train advisors and recruit, advise, and support incarcerated students in correspondence-based associate, bachelor, and MBA programs; coordinate admissions, FAFSA/Pell support, transfer processes, recordkeeping, outreach, and collaboration with correctional partners and university offices.

Lead and manage the university's annual giving program, including strategic planning, mass solicitation (mail, email, social, phonathon), donor cultivation/retention, event oversight for giving days, data analysis and reporting, and cross-campus coordination to meet fundraising goals.

Manage daily operations of the Veterans Center, administer VA education benefits and VA-Once enrollments, advise and advocate for veteran and military-connected students, develop recruitment and support programs, build partnerships with veteran organizations, and lead strategic planning and policy recommendations to improve student success.
