Provides administrative and office support for the Upward Bound program, including document processing, filing, correspondence, purchasing, reception, personnel paperwork, event coordination, travel and expense forms, stipend administration, database management, and compliance recordkeeping. Supervises drivers and student office assistants, supports hiring and time entry, coordinates summer program operations, and communicates with students, families, staff, and external partners.

Lead design and launch of a new online MSW program focused on rural social work. Responsibilities include curriculum development aligned with 2022 CSWE standards, directing CSWE accreditation, building field education and affiliation agreements, recruiting faculty and students, community partnership development, and teaching/advising beginning in 2027.

Serve as the university's Title IX Coordinator and lead equal opportunity compliance, coordinate external investigations, supervise staff, manage case intake and interim measures, deliver campus education and prevention programs, maintain reporting and Title IX web content, develop affirmative action/EEO plans, and partner with campus and community resources to support impacted individuals and enforce nondiscrimination policies.
