Leads the Developing Rural Educators Grant, overseeing program operations, federal grant compliance, fiscal management, reporting, performance evaluation, and strategic initiatives. Builds partnerships across university departments, school districts, and regional communities to expand rural K-12 education pathways, college access, and educator recruitment and retention. Develops communications, manages complex initiatives, and advances equity-focused institutional goals.

Coordinates finance department operations, including budget management, account reconciliation, purchasing, contracts, payroll and accounts payable distribution. Manages insurance renewals, claims, bond disclosures, Moody’s reporting data, finance web pages, fiscal notes, work-study supervision, and departmental searches. Requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, confidentiality, and independent work skills.

Leads admissions recruitment by supervising and mentoring counselors and student ambassadors, analyzing enrollment data, coordinating outreach events, building campus partnerships, reviewing applications, and advising on transfer policies. The role drives enrollment goals and student success while supporting inclusive access and institutional priorities.
