Prepare, process, and finalize client legal bills using electronic and paperless billing platforms; resolve e-billing issues; generate billing reports; maintain master client files in Elite; support Billing Manager with additional billing duties.

Provide on-site desktop support for local and remote users: troubleshoot Intel PC hardware/software, deploy and configure PCs, manage printers, passwords, licensing and assets, set up Teams conferencing, support data recovery, maintain tickets, perform on-call rotation, and travel regularly to regional offices.
