Lead and scale Ada's global consulting and systems integrator partner ecosystem. Recruit and enable GSIs/RSIs, drive partner-sourced pipeline and net-new logos, build joint business plans, coordinate cross-functional GTM and PS engagement models, and track partner performance to deliver measurable revenue impact.

Act as post-sales trusted advisor managing a book of clients to deploy, scale, and optimize Ada's AI customer experience solution. Guide integrations and system architecture, improve AI agent performance through data analysis and transcript reviews, drive adoption and measurable outcomes (automated resolution, CSAT, ROI), and surface expansion opportunities while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Lead and grow strategic hyperscaler and technology partner relationships (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CRM/CCaaS platforms). Define alliance strategy, build co-sell/co-market programs and marketplace listings, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, coordinate cross-functional execution, manage executive alignment, and track partnership performance using data-driven scorecards.
