Define alliance strategy, build co-sell/co-market programs and marketplace listings, drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue, coordinate cross-functional execution, manage executive alignment, and track partnership performance using data-driven scorecards.

The Customer Solutions Consultant guides clients in deploying and optimizing Ada's AI technology, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving measurable outcomes through effective management of client portfolios.

Represent Ada as the first point of contact for prospective clients. Run personalized omni-channel outbound campaigns, qualify leads via phone and video, become product expert, use modern sales tools, collaborate with Account Executives, and iterate on prospecting strategies to drive pipeline.
