Teams at Ada

Serve as a senior technical advisor throughout pre-sales and post-launch engagements. Design integrations between Ada’s AI Agent and client systems, including CRMs, contact centers, commerce platforms, knowledge bases, and BI tools. Lead technical discovery, define requirements, scope bespoke solutions, build proofs of concept, and guide implementations to production with engineers. Support Customer Success, resolve technical obstacles, create reusable integration patterns, and provide product feedback based on recurring client needs.

Own the technical presales process for enterprise AI customer service deals, including discovery, solution design, custom demos, technical evaluations, proofs of concept, RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical scoping handoffs. Partner with sales teams and customer service leaders to demonstrate AI agents across chat, email, and voice. Provide field feedback to Product and Engineering while improving technical win rates, pipeline influence, and closed revenue.

Own the DACH and Nordics enterprise sales territory, managing the full B2B SaaS sales cycle from pipeline generation through closing and account expansion. Build a $1M+ new-business ARR territory, maintain 4.5x pipeline coverage, exceed quota, develop executive relationships, and open enterprise segments across airlines, gaming, travel, and telecommunications. Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, partnerships, product, and customer solutions teams while delivering accurate forecasts. The role requires approximately 30% regional client travel and occasional London team visits.
