Resolve escalated inquiries, provide AI and platform guidance, identify at-risk customers, execute proactive engagement strategies, host customer sessions, and increase automated resolutions. Use internal tools, AI, automation, and data-driven insights to manage customer relationships at scale while collaborating with Professional Services, Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Support and retain SMB and MME customers through scaled customer success, technical guidance, proactive engagement, automated strategies, and platform adoption. Resolve escalated inquiries, identify at-risk accounts, host customer meetings, drive automated resolutions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and Professional Services to improve customer outcomes and retention.
