Leads AdHoc’s sales and business development initiatives from prospecting through signed statements of work. Owns pipeline strategy, relationship development, pitches, proposals, negotiations, forecasting, CRM reporting, renewals, and upsell opportunities. Partners with creative, production, account management, and leadership teams to ensure strong client transitions. Directly manages the Community Manager and oversees outbound strategy, sales materials, and pipeline performance.

Lead company-wide operations, resourcing, HR, finance, and internal systems. Build scalable workflows, manage staffing and vendors, oversee payroll and accounting coordination, optimize technology stack, and provide operational strategy to support creative teams and company growth.
