Support and improve the Quality Management System across manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, assessing customer requirements, recommending technical solutions, developing pricing, building customer and partner relationships, executing territory growth strategies, supporting proposals with engineering and operations teams, attending industry events, and maintaining sales records. The role requires approximately 25% travel and serves defense, aerospace, automotive, and consumer product laboratory markets.

Manage defense and aerospace business development and capture activities from opportunity identification through contract award and transition. Responsibilities include monitoring SAM.gov and procurement opportunities, engaging federal stakeholders, shaping requirements, coordinating technical and pricing proposal teams, developing win strategies, assessing risks, managing capture budgets, ensuring bid compliance, and monitoring post-award performance. The role requires strong government procurement knowledge and a proven record of winning contracts.

Lead design, build, and test of micro-turbine and turbo-generator systems. Perform mechanical design and analysis of static and rotating hardware, run ANSYS structural/rotor-dynamics/thermal analyses, use Siemens Teamcenter and NX for modeling and PLM management, drive NPI and project delivery from proposal through qualification and production support, collaborate with SMEs, prioritize resources, and provide technical guidance to management.

Design and analyze single- through multi-axis electric motion and hydraulic systems; create wiring schematics, BOMs, technical manuals, and test procedures; perform electrical system design, drawing and test reviews, and support refurbishment projects with minimal supervision.

Design and develop aerospace power systems and power electronics from proposal through production: create MATLAB/Simulink models, schematic capture and PCB layout, select components, develop firmware, perform integration, testing, validation, troubleshooting, and produce engineering documentation.
