Lead and grow a sales team to drive bookings for capital equipment and after-market services. Develop business via lead generation, customer engagement, technical proposals, pricing strategy, forecasting, tradeshow presence, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and operations. Travel domestically and internationally to qualify leads and support customer needs.

Design and iterate high-precision electro-mechanical inertial guidance test systems and gimbaled/stabilized platforms. Perform stress and stiffness analysis, select precision components, prepare drawings, BOMs, manufacturing instructions, test procedures, and system manuals. Interface with customers, lead projects, and provide post-delivery support.

Design and develop high-precision electro-mechanical inertial guidance test systems including stress and stiffness analysis, component selection, drawings, BOMs, manufacturing instructions, test procedures, customer interfacing, and leading mechanical designers under minimal supervision.

Develop new business and grow accounts for inertial guidance test systems, HWIL, and aftermarket services. Qualify leads, create technical proposals and pricing, travel domestically (~25–30%), attend tradeshows, engage customers in technical discussions, maintain sales forecasts, and meet bookings targets.

Lead technical, schedule, and cost performance for complex aerospace/defense projects. Develop estimates, integrated master schedules, risk registers, EVM reporting, and change control. Coordinate resources, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet contract requirements and report project status.

Design and analyze single- through multi-axis electric motion and hydraulic systems; create wiring schematics, BOMs, technical manuals, and test procedures; perform electrical system design, drawing and test reviews, and support refurbishment projects with minimal supervision.

Lead design, build, and test of micro-turbine and turbo-generator systems. Perform mechanical design and analysis of static and rotating hardware, run ANSYS structural/rotor-dynamics/thermal analyses, use Siemens Teamcenter and NX for modeling and PLM management, drive NPI and project delivery from proposal through qualification and production support, collaborate with SMEs, prioritize resources, and provide technical guidance to management.

Develop and execute test procedures for jet engine systems; select and integrate test equipment and DAQ; ensure calibration; collect/analyze test data; generate reports and documentation; develop test standards, QC sampling and procedures; improve test facilities and resolve customer quality issues.

Lead and develop a sales team to generate new business for IGTS, HWIL, vibration test systems and aftermarket services; create proposals, set targets, travel domestically and internationally (30-40%), attend tradeshows, manage budgets, and collaborate with engineering and operations to close capital equipment sales.

Design complex electro-mechanical systems and components using 3D modeling; produce and revise manufacturing and assembly drawings with CAD; create engineering document releases; collaborate with project management to meet budget and schedule.
