Supports recruitment and general HR activities equally, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, recruiting metrics, onboarding, HRIS setup, employee records, HR questions, and employee status changes. The role partners with hiring managers, maintains confidential information, supports HR programs and compliance, and assists with recruiting events and process improvements.

Designs and develops embedded control systems, motor controls, power electronics, sensors, firmware, and validation hardware for aerospace products. Owns NPI projects from proposal through qualification and production support, including requirements allocation, modeling, schematic and PCB design, system integration, troubleshooting, verification, documentation, and failure analysis. Mentors junior engineers and supports design standardization. Requires extensive aerospace hardware experience and 10–15% domestic travel.

Develops technical proposals, quotations, estimates, compliance documentation, and customer presentations for aerospace components. Promotes products, manages opportunities and forecasts, analyzes markets, supports new product applications, transfers orders to engineering and program teams, maintains CRM data, and helps diagnose installed-equipment issues. The role requires customer engagement, technical sales support, and coordination of proposal and contract kickoffs.
