Lead and grow a sales team to drive bookings for capital equipment and after-market services. Develop business via lead generation, customer engagement, technical proposals, pricing strategy, forecasting, tradeshow presence, and cross-functional coordination with engineering and operations. Travel domestically and internationally to qualify leads and support customer needs.

Design and analyze micro-turbines and hybrid-generator systems through NPI and production support. Perform mechanical design and simulation of static and rotating hardware, run ANSYS analyses, model and draft in Siemens Teamcenter/NX, iterate cost-reduced designs, manage projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support proposals and customer projects.

Design and iterate high-precision electro-mechanical inertial guidance test systems and gimbaled/stabilized platforms. Perform stress and stiffness analysis, select precision components, prepare drawings, BOMs, manufacturing instructions, test procedures, and system manuals. Interface with customers, lead projects, and provide post-delivery support.
