Manage direct reports and collaborate with investment, development, and finance teams to turn impact data into actionable insights.

Source, evaluate, and perform due diligence on early-stage impact investments across West Africa. Build financial models, valuation and risk assessments, prepare investment memos, support transaction structuring and portfolio monitoring, and contribute to impact assessment, reporting, and partner engagement.

Lead design and implementation of Acumen Academy's Theory of Change, impact measurement and evidence frameworks. Oversee data collection, cleaning, validation, dashboarding and reporting. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, generate insights, build staff capacity, and support adaptive management and learning across global teams.
