The role drives organizational integration, culture, accountability, workforce planning, and change management while supporting a high-performing, mission-driven organization.

Leads finance strategy and operations for a complex, multi-fund international organization. Responsibilities include fund management, budgeting, treasury, liquidity, controls, risk management, board reporting, financial modeling, tax and regulatory compliance, audits, banking relationships, and financial systems. The role partners with senior leadership, manages finance providers, supports global entities, and advises on organizational structure and accounting implications.
