Impact Manager responsible for designing and implementing Acumen Academy’s Theory of Change, impact measurement, evidence, and reporting frameworks. The role oversees data collection, validation, cleaning, analysis, dashboards, forecasting, and insight generation. Responsibilities include developing indicators and measurement plans, improving data systems, supporting adaptive management, conducting learning reviews, building staff capacity, and communicating findings to internal and external stakeholders. The position requires strong analytical, stakeholder management, and systems development skills in a global, cross-functional environment.

Leads finance strategy and operations for a complex, multi-fund international organization. Responsibilities include fund management, budgeting, treasury, liquidity, controls, risk management, board reporting, financial modeling, tax and regulatory compliance, audits, banking relationships, and financial systems. The role partners with senior leadership, manages finance providers, supports global entities, and advises on organizational structure and accounting implications.

Owns safeguarding and ESG activities across Acumen’s investment and fellowship programs. Responsibilities include managing safeguarding frameworks, conducting due diligence, monitoring and escalating risks, coordinating survivor-centered incident responses, maintaining grievance mechanisms, supporting ESG integration, building partner capacity, developing training resources, and reporting evidence-based insights and recommendations to funders and investors.
