Leads and mentors five presales engineers while remaining hands-on in technical selling. Develops ERP solutions incorporating Acumatica software, AI, ISV products, integrations, customizations, and professional services. Drives technical discovery, demonstrations, proposals, partner enablement, KPI reporting, and strategic opportunity execution across lower-mid-market industries. Requires significant ERP solution-building and presales management experience, with 10–20% travel.

Provides legal support to product and business teams by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, RFPs, SaaS contracts, and related legal documents. Advises stakeholders on legal requirements, data privacy, security, and GDPR compliance while balancing business risks. Requires Canadian legal society membership, at least two years of technology legal counsel experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.

Analyzes business needs for AI and machine learning integrations in Acumatica’s cloud ERP platform. Translates requirements into functional specifications and technical requirements, collaborates with product, development, and QA teams, performs acceptance testing, documents functionality, troubleshoots customer issues, reports bugs, demonstrates features, and supports product backlog refinement.

Designs and executes manual and automated tests for cloud ERP distribution modules, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing. Develops Selenium automation scripts, validates complex inventory and order workflows, tracks defects in Jira, and collaborates with development and business analysts. The role also improves QA processes, automation coverage, and testing efficiency using AI tools.

Provide first-level application support to Acumatica partners and customers, troubleshoot ERP and business software issues, manage service requests within SLAs, and deliver client education. Document problems, create knowledge-base content, escalate issues, collaborate with product and R&D teams, and communicate solutions clearly. Candidates work the US shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Sri Lanka time.

Leads Acumatica’s global brand and advertising strategy, including brand architecture, governance, positioning, integrated campaigns, agency relationships, creative standards, measurement, and AI-enabled marketing innovation. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to increase awareness, differentiation, and business impact across markets and channels. Manages advertising investment, experimentation, performance optimization, and internal and external talent while advising the CMO.

Drives new business growth among fuel, propane, lubricant, and midstream companies. Builds industry relationships and manages the sales pipeline from prospecting through contract execution. Leads executive-level discovery, consultative sales conversations, product demonstrations with Solution Consultants, and customer technology discussions. Represents Vertrax at industry events, develops trusted-advisor relationships, and consistently meets or exceeds sales targets. Travel of approximately 30–40% is required.

Design, execute and maintain automated and exploratory tests for web applications. Develop automated test cases integrated with CI, analyze failures, collaborate with developers and analysts, and improve QA processes and coverage.

Create and maintain clear documentation and training for Acumatica ERP, using AI-assisted tools. Design courses and assessments, collaborate with SMEs, update content for releases, review UI text, triage documentation requests, and improve team processes and tools.

Lead automation testing for Acumatica's finance application: create and maintain automated tests, run tests in CI, perform regression and functional testing, verify bugs, investigate test gaps, improve code coverage, and test API and payment-center integrations.

Lead analysis, design, and delivery of payment-processing features in Acumatica ERP. Write functional specifications, coordinate developers and QA, perform acceptance testing, create test plans, collaborate with external payment providers, and support maintenance and bug fixes.

Lead implementation, configuration, and support of Acumatica cloud ERP for internal users. Manage integrations, security, data integrity, and disaster recovery. Provide SLA-driven stakeholder support, training, and documentation. Perform business analysis, gather requirements, propose improvements, and manage ERP projects, upgrades, and enhancements.

Lead a team of Major Partner Account Managers to drive revenue and customer outcomes across top partners. Own executive relationships, annual planning, QBRs, forecasting, partner performance, and cross-functional advocacy. Coach and scale best practices while ensuring customer satisfaction, low churn, and measurable partner-driven growth.
