Oversee global partner programs, integrated campaigns, marketing platforms, AI-enabled tools, communications, executive partner relationships, enablement, performance reporting, and budget management. Collaborate with senior marketing, sales, and partner strategy leaders while coaching employees, contractors, and agencies and driving innovation across the partner marketing technology stack.

Provide post-go-live strategic and operational ERP consulting to Acumatica customers: optimize business processes, advise on architecture, integrations, reporting, upgrades, manage relationships, drive adoption and identify upsell opportunities while partnering with support, engineering, services and ISV teams.

Design, execute and maintain automated and exploratory tests for web applications. Develop automated test cases integrated with CI, analyze failures, collaborate with developers and analysts, and improve QA processes and coverage.

Lead corporate FP&A including monthly close and board reporting, consolidate and analyze financial results, own annual planning and reforecast cycles, optimize Planful for forecasting/reporting, pilot AI automation, partner with functions on budgeting and decision support, prepare leadership presentations, and run ad-hoc analyses and projects.

Create and maintain clear documentation and training for Acumatica ERP, using AI-assisted tools. Design courses and assessments, collaborate with SMEs, update content for releases, review UI text, triage documentation requests, and improve team processes and tools.

Senior executive to set pricing, packaging, and commercialization strategy for Acumatica. Build and lead pricing, product operations, and AI monetization teams; establish KPI/data infrastructure, deal desk and discount governance, WTP research, price increase programs, partner economics, and executive/board reporting to drive NRR and ARR growth.

Lead automation testing for Acumatica's finance application: create and maintain automated tests, run tests in CI, perform regression and functional testing, verify bugs, investigate test gaps, improve code coverage, and test API and payment-center integrations.

Lead analysis, design, and delivery of payment-processing features in Acumatica ERP. Write functional specifications, coordinate developers and QA, perform acceptance testing, create test plans, collaborate with external payment providers, and support maintenance and bug fixes.

Lead implementation, configuration, and support of Acumatica cloud ERP for internal users. Manage integrations, security, data integrity, and disaster recovery. Provide SLA-driven stakeholder support, training, and documentation. Perform business analysis, gather requirements, propose improvements, and manage ERP projects, upgrades, and enhancements.

Lead a team of Major Partner Account Managers to drive revenue and customer outcomes across top partners. Own executive relationships, annual planning, QBRs, forecasting, partner performance, and cross-functional advocacy. Coach and scale best practices while ensuring customer satisfaction, low churn, and measurable partner-driven growth.
