The role targets growing SMBs migrating from QuickBooks to cloud ERP and requires collaboration across product, sales, partner, customer advocacy, and marketing teams.

Analyze payment-related business scenarios and requirements, design features and functional specifications, assess backward compatibility, and coordinate end-to-end implementation. Collaborate with customers, partners, payment providers, developers, QA engineers, and technical writers. Create test plans and acceptance scenarios, validate implementations, support maintenance activities, and verify bug fixes.
