Manage partner territories to improve customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, expansion, and churn mitigation. Coach partner Customer Success Managers, resolve customer escalations, coordinate cross-functional solutions, answer policy and licensing questions, and contribute to customer success best practices. The role requires high-stakes account management, executive communication, conflict resolution, independent prioritization, and effective work in a distributed environment.

The Senior Business System Analyst gathers and analyzes business requirements, translates them into technical specifications, and collaborates with multiple teams to ensure the timely delivery of features, while also participating in testing and release cycles.
