Generates new sales opportunities through account research, prospect list building, and phone, email, and social outreach. Supports Deal Desk and Sales Operations by reviewing orders, resolving quoting and process issues, assisting internal stakeholders, and improving commercial workflows. The role also contributes to reporting, analytics, dashboards, sales planning, quota and commission administration, technology optimization, automation, and strategic cross-functional initiatives. It requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, process-improvement skills, and proficiency with CRM, quoting, reporting, and business systems.

The Vice President of Communications will lead public relations, analyst relations, corporate communications, executive communications, social media, editorial quality, and brand perception programs. Responsibilities include developing messaging and media strategies, managing analyst and media relationships, preparing executives, overseeing content and social channels, monitoring communications performance, and managing budgets, agencies, and vendors. The role reports to the CMO and requires extensive communications leadership experience in a fast-paced B2B software environment.
