Designs and administers sales compensation plans for a SaaS commercial organization. Responsibilities include modeling payouts, configuring CaptivateIQ, executing monthly commissions, reconciling CRM and financial data, reporting attainment, resolving rep questions, managing exceptions, and supporting territory design. The role partners with Commercial leadership, Revenue Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate, scalable, and understandable incentive programs.

Responsible for end-to-end product management, collaborating across teams to deliver software solutions and enhance user experiences, especially using AI tools.
