Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical models using SQL, Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, Kafka, and Python. Ensure data accuracy, reliability, governance, and availability for analytics and business decisions. Provide pipeline monitoring, data quality support, performance optimization, and Level 1 troubleshooting while developing toward independent ownership of the data engineering workload.

Lead the Billing and Revenue team and own the end-to-end order-to-cash process. Oversee billing, revenue recognition under ASC 606, commissions, reconciliations, close activities, intercompany accounting, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance. Partner with Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, and IT to improve processes and systems. Ensure accurate integrations across Salesforce, Zuora, Stripe, and cash accounts while managing accounting professionals and resolving discrepancies.
