Lead and scale the commercial engine for rooftop, façade, and industrial-surface solar deployments. Own pipeline, negotiate deals and partnerships, build go-to-market strategy, translate customer requirements to product, and create CRM and reporting infrastructure. Represent the company to customers and partners while driving data-driven decisions and building the business development function during a rapid manufacturing ramp.

Operate, maintain, and improve roll-to-roll coating and converting equipment to produce flexible solar panels. Translate lab processes into repeatable manufacturing protocols, run experiments, CAD parts, test and characterize panels, and drive yield improvements with strong process control.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and commission roll-to-roll coating and converting equipment and supporting facility systems. Manage preventive maintenance, spare-parts inventory, vendor relationships, CAD part design/fabrication, and partner with process engineers to improve uptime, reliability, and yield while ensuring safety and documentation compliance.

Operate and maintain sputtering and thermal evaporation tools, develop and document thin-film deposition and packaging/encapsulation processes, characterize films and devices, troubleshoot vacuum systems, and transfer processes toward manufacturing while maintaining lab safety and process control.

Design, build, and automate test fixtures and DAQ systems to characterize solar cells and large-area modules. Plan and run reliability and qualification testing (accelerated aging, damp heat, thermal cycling, UV/light-soak), perform failure analysis, maintain protocols/calibrations, and analyze data to guide product and manufacturing decisions. Ensure lab safety and influence hardware designs for testability.

Lead R&D to prototype, test, and optimize thin-film semiconductor device architectures (especially perovskites and OPVs), integrate new materials into scalable manufacturing, analyze experimental data, and collaborate across engineering to drive commercialization readiness.
