Teams at Active Surfaces

Own development and execution of Active Surfaces’ first production facility. Responsibilities include site selection, EPC procurement and contractor management, facility design coordination, permitting, capital budgeting, scheduling, equipment logistics, commissioning, incentives support, and project controls. The role is full-time on site in Woburn, Massachusetts, with regular travel to candidate and active project sites.

Lead and scale the commercial engine for rooftop, façade, and industrial-surface solar deployments. Own pipeline, negotiate deals and partnerships, build go-to-market strategy, translate customer requirements to product, and create CRM and reporting infrastructure. Represent the company to customers and partners while driving data-driven decisions and building the business development function during a rapid manufacturing ramp.

Operate, maintain, and improve roll-to-roll coating and converting equipment to produce flexible solar panels. Translate lab processes into repeatable manufacturing protocols, run experiments, CAD parts, test and characterize panels, and drive yield improvements with strong process control.
