Lead marketing operations by building scalable ClickUp workflows, managing MarTech integrations (Salesforce, Sprout Social), optimizing ad tracking and analytics, and creating SOPs. Oversee campaign trafficking, resource capacity, dashboards, vendor relationships, and team training to improve execution, data hygiene, and performance reporting across omni-channel campaigns and events.

Lead execution of Active Minds' digital and social media strategy: manage content calendars, create and edit short-form video and graphics, run paid and organic campaigns, engage creators and community, monitor social listening and analytics, and coordinate cross-functional digital workflows to drive youth mental health advocacy.

Lead and grow community and peer-to-peer fundraising programs, oversee large-scale fundraising events securing major sponsorships, manage and mentor staff, coordinate cross-departmental projects, maintain donor records in Salesforce, and support organizational leadership and equity initiatives.

Lead strategy, team, and operations for Active Mindsnationwide Chapter Network (500+ chapters). Set goals, oversee program design, measurement, budget, partnerships, and a nationwide visits program. Hire and manage a growing distributed team, coordinate cross-departmentally, represent the organization externally, and drive program innovation, equity, and scalable impact.
